The Red Rock Audubon Society hosts bird walks at Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs, 9200 Tule Springs Road, starting at 8 a.m. on the third Saturday of every month. Walks last about two hours and are geared toward beginners and casual walkers. Attendees meet in the last parking lot in the group picnic area.

A new zoning plan was approved on February 26, 2014. The proposed maps below were approved.
In the Providence area the boundary for Bozarth Elementary shrank while others shifted and expanded. Betsey Rhodes is gaining students and so is Shadow Ridge High School.
Keep in mind if you have students in high school that if they are currently attending a school they do not have to go to the new school. However if they have a younger sibling switched in the re-zoning they can choose to attend either school.
Always check directly with the school district for the proper zoning on your property.
CCSD has an online zoning search tool to put an address in to see where a school is zoned. However if it is close to the time of this change refer to the map and call the individual school.
